Today, at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, the court hearing will continue with the defense’s closing arguments for Rexhep Selimi, after which the defense of Jakup Krasniqi will begin.
Yesterday marked the conclusion of the fourth day of closing arguments in the trial against the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).
Selimi’s defense counsel, Geoffrey Roberts, rejected all allegations that his client appointed certain individuals during the wartime period, describing the claims as unfounded.
Roberts will continue his submissions this morning, after which the floor will be given to Krasniqi’s defense team.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 09:45 local time and is expected to conclude at approximately 16:45.
