USAID has celebrated the 25th anniversary of its office opening in Kosovo, through which millions have been invested in various fields.
The American ambassador to Kosovo, Jeffrey Hovenier, expressed pride in celebrating USAID’s 25th anniversary, highlighting that the U.S. helped the people of Kosovo recover from the horrors of war.
“I am proud to join the celebrations of USAID’s 25th anniversary— the U.S. Agency for International Development here in Kosovo. Development assistance has been a major part of how the U.S. helped the people of Kosovo recover from the horrors of war and contributed to making Kosovo what it is today,” he stated.
