Halil Bicaj, a former general in the Bosnian Army, stated that what happened in Srebrenica 29 years ago is something even the human mind cannot fully grasp.
Speaking to Info Magazine on Klan Kosova, he declared that the events in Srebrenica were also recognized as genocide by the international community.
“When the genocide occurred, I was on the front lines in Sarajevo commanding a brigade. Srebrenica happened as it did because of the so-called Army of Republika Srpska in Bosnia. They committed an inhumane act, aided even by units from the Ministry of Defense of Serbia.”
“They committed such inhumane acts that the human mind cannot comprehend, and this is very painful,” said Bicaj.
