Former prosecutor Sylë Hoxha has stated that the Serbian List has met several “criteria” to be classified as a terrorist organization. According to Hoxha, the party, which once had Milan Radojičić – now considered the key terrorist of the Banjska attack – in its ranks, has supported and legitimized violent acts. Radojičić is on the U.S. blacklist and has an arrest warrant from Kosovo authorities, reports Dukagjini.
Hoxha further argued that the Serbian List’s solidarity with the terrorist group involved in the September 24th attack in northern Kosovo further indicates its close ties to destabilizing actions. He emphasized that the party’s support for the attack, as well as its mourning declaration for the deaths caused during the incident, shows its alignment with Radojičić’s terrorist group.
“The fact that the Serbian List had Radojičić as its deputy chairman, a man sought by our authorities and listed by the U.S., shows they meet some criteria to be declared a terrorist organization,” Hoxha remarked. “After the attack in Banjska, they declared a day of mourning and protested, showing solidarity with Radojičić and his group.”
Serbian List’s Legal Battle with KQZ
Meanwhile, the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP) on Thursday dismissed the appeal from the Vetëvendosje Movement, which had sought to annul the Central Election Commission’s (KQZ) decision to certify the Serbian List for the February 9, 2025, elections. PZAP ruled the appeal inadmissible, as it did not meet legal requirements. The decision has sparked controversy, given the Serbian List’s nationalist rhetoric.
