LDK Deputy Chairwoman Hykmete Bajrami explained the reasons behind her party’s decision to vote for Nenad Rashiq as Deputy Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly.
“We are glad that the Assembly has finally been constituted. LDK has always acted with goodwill and political responsibility. From today, the constitutional deadlines for forming the government begin. We voted for Rashiq because the Constitutional Court’s ruling provided a new interpretation that we didn’t have before. Whether there will be a government or not does not depend on us, but on the first party. If no government is formed, our votes will go for the dissolution of the Assembly,” Bajrami stated
