The Chief Diplomat of Albania, Igli Hasani, met with the Mayor of Presevo, Ardita Sinani, to discuss strengthening cooperation between institutions and protecting the rights of Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
“It was a pleasure to engage in fruitful discussions about strengthening cooperation with the new institutions formed after the local elections, along with political, social, and economic factors in the Presevo Valley, as well as protecting the rights and freedoms of Albanians,” he stated.
Hasani emphasized that he reaffirmed his government’s attention to the challenges faced by Albanians in Serbia.
“I reaffirmed the attention and special commitment of the Albanian Government towards developments in the Presevo Valley and the issues facing Albanians there. This includes not only political support but also concrete initiatives through development projects in the fields of economy, education, culture, and employment,” he wrote.
