The Mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama, was asked about an incident that occurred during the asphalt paving of Street A and how the issue would be resolved. He stated that he was not aware of the incident.
“I do not have information regarding the incident, but naturally, we will address the case,” Rama said briefly.
Earlier in the day, while Street A was being paved, the Dushullovci family, claiming to be the landowners, accused the Municipality of not honoring an agreement.
Two individuals were arrested for obstructing the work on Street A, confirmed the Kosovo Police.
“Around 08:00 today, two individuals were taken to the police station for interfering with ongoing work on Street A. In coordination with the prosecutor, they were interviewed and fined for ‘Disturbing Public Order and Peace,’” said the spokesperson for the Prishtina Regional Police, Enis Pllana.
