The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment against a Serbian national, identified by the initials S.S., for the criminal offense of “Incitement to division and intolerance,” reports Rks News.

According to the Prosecution, investigations revealed that on October 14, 2023, at around 08:20 a.m. in the village of Dren, Zubin Potok municipality, the defendant undertook actions aimed at inciting hatred and division among ethnic groups in Kosovo.

During a routine police stop, the individual was wearing a black T-shirt with nationalist inscriptions. The front of the shirt displayed a map of Kosovo with the inscription “NE DAMO TE ZEMLODUSANOVA” (“We will not give away the land of Tsar Dušan”), while the back read “RANVOGORSKI POKRET – IBARSKE KOLOSIN,” which the prosecution states represents a movement that promotes ethnic provocation and division.

“The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has submitted the indictment to the Special Department of the Basic Court in Pristina and has proposed that following the trial, the defendant be found guilty and sentenced in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo,” the statement reads.
