Iowa National Guard Highlights Visit of Kosovo Security Force Leaders, Calls It a Further Strengthening of Partnership

The Iowa National Guard has issued a statement regarding the reception of Kosovo Security Force (KSF) leaders, General Bashkim Jashari and Sergeant Bedri Zuka, emphasizing the continued strengthening of bilateral cooperation.

According to the announcement, throughout the week, KSF leadership had the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into the capabilities and operational capacities of the U.S. National Guard.

During the visit, KSF representatives also observed training activities firsthand at Camp Dodge, one of the Iowa National Guard’s key training facilities.

The Iowa National Guard stressed that such engagements contribute to the further strengthening of state-level partnership between Kosovo and Iowa, reinforcing long-standing cooperation in the fields of security, defense training, and institutional capacity-building.
