Esmaeil Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has asserted that no country in the world has violated international human rights law more consistently than Israel.
“The main reason for this is that Israel has always felt complete immunity from punishment for its crimes,” Baghaei stated, according to the Iranian state news agency IRNA.
He urged all member states of the United Nations to take action, emphasizing that “the prohibition of the use of force is a fundamental principle of the UN Charter, which is clearly stated in Article 24.“
