Since the start of Israeli attacks against Iran on June 13, Iranian authorities in Tehran have reported 430 deaths. The Ministry of Health announced that over 3,500 people have been injured across the Islamic Republic.

Israel and Iran have been at war since June 13, when mutual airstrikes began. For the past nine days, the Israeli Air Force has continued targeting military infrastructure and nuclear facilities suspected of working on atomic weapons production.

On the other hand, Iran continues to launch ballistic and supersonic missiles, targeting Israeli cities in what has become a strategic and challenging front against Israel’s Iron Dome defense system.

There have also been casualties on the Israeli side from Iranian airstrikes, but the exact number remains unclear.
