Ismet Kabashi, former Chief Prosecutor of Kosovo, has passed away. His family announced the news on Facebook, expressing deep sorrow over his death.
Kabashi’s funeral will take place on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 16:20, at the Shipol Cemetery in Mitrovicë.
In their announcement, the Kabashi family wrote:
“With deep sorrow, we inform you of the passing of our beloved, Ismet Kabashi. He left a great void in our hearts. His memory will remain eternal.”
Ismet Kabashi served as Kosovo’s Chief Prosecutor and was known for his contribution to the country’s justice system.
The cause of death has not been publicly disclosed.
