The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has announced that it has “dismantled the Iranian War Headquarters” during a series of large-scale military strikes, claiming that key Iranian regime operatives were present at the targeted sites.
In an update published on its official Telegram channel, the Israeli military stated that multiple strategic command centers were struck as part of the operation. According to the IDF, the targets included command hubs linked to the Iranian leadership and security apparatus, among them facilities associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Israeli officials said the strikes hit several critical installations, including the IRGC headquarters, intelligence command centers, command structures connected to the IRGC Air Force, and internal security headquarters. The military described the operation as a coordinated wave of extensive attacks aimed at weakening Iran’s operational and military leadership.
The IDF further stated that it will continue targeting military infrastructure and operatives connected to the Iranian regime wherever they operate, signaling that the campaign could expand in the coming days as tensions between Israel and Iran remain high.
The announcement comes amid a rapidly escalating regional conflict, with ongoing Israeli and U.S. strikes against Iranian-linked targets, raising concerns internationally about the risk of broader instability in the Middle East. According to reports by BBC News, the situation remains fluid as developments continue to unfold.
