The Israeli army announced that 100 trucks carrying flour, baby food, and medical supplies have traveled through the Kerem Shalom crossing into Gaza.

According to foreign media, this development follows claims by two traders to Reuters that at least 15 aid trucks had entered the territory.

The delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza has become an increasingly controversial topic in recent days, with the international community fearing the region is on the brink of famine, reports A2 CNN.

The UN previously stated that no aid had been distributed in Gaza since Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared an end to the 11-week blockade.

It’s worth noting that earlier reports indicated the United Arab Emirates and Israel had reached an agreement to increase the flow of aid into Gaza.
