The Chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku, today welcomed the Ambassador of Italy to Kosovo, Maurizio Antonini.
According to LDK, the meeting focused on recent political developments in the country and the party’s positions regarding these developments.
Abdixhiku informed Ambassador Antonini about LDK’s gatherings across Kosovo’s municipalities and the strong public enthusiasm for the upcoming local elections.
They also discussed opportunities to further deepen cooperation between Kosovo and Italy, with special emphasis on Italy’s support in Kosovo’s state-building processes.
Chairman Abdixhiku expressed his deep gratitude for Italy’s continuous support over the years, considering it a key pillar of the friendship and partnership between the two countries.
