Italian soldiers from KFOR’s Regional Command West (RC-W), part of the NATO-led mission in Kosovo, carried out regular patrols in the municipality of Istog, reaffirming KFOR’s ongoing commitment to maintaining peace and security across the country.
The news was confirmed in a social media post by KFOR, which emphasized that such activities are essential for enhancing safety for all communities within RC-W’s Area of Responsibility.
“These patrols are part of KFOR’s dedication to ensuring lasting peace and security for all ethnic groups in Kosovo,” the post stated.
KFOR continues its presence in Kosovo as a neutral and impartial force, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment in cooperation with local and international institutions.
