Altin Krasniqi, a candidate for parliament from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), has secured 19,223 votes so far, guaranteeing his seat in the Kosovo Assembly.

According to preliminary results announced by the Central Election Commission (KQZ), Krasniqi is among the most voted candidates within PDK. He gained significant support from the citizens of Drenas, where he received around 7,000 votes.

This is his first time running in elections, and the votes he received confirm the trust citizens have in him. Altin Krasniqi is the son of Jakup Krasniqi, one of Kosovo’s prominent political figures.

The results remain preliminary and are expected to be certified after the completion of the electoral process.
