Serbian analyst Dušan Janjić has once again spoken about a document which he claims is being prepared by the United States of America regarding the Kosovo–Serbia dialogue.
He stated that his sources are experts and politicians.
“I stand by it, although there are some changes, and I know that the term ‘non-paper’ is well known in the Balkans and I use it—and others do too, including Aleksandar Vučić. But this time I am talking about American experts or congressmen who are using frameworks for the future dialogue. According to the information I have, the U.S. Congress has adopted legislation on the Western Balkans, and it clearly states that an agreement on mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia must be reached. My sources are experts and politicians,” Janjić said.
