The Commander of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, today hosted a farewell meeting with the KFOR Commander, Major General Enrico Barduani.
According to a Facebook announcement, during the meeting General Jashari thanked Barduani for his service as KFOR Commander, highly praising the cooperation and expressing gratitude for his work.
The two generals discussed developments within the KSF, trainings, exercises, challenges, and other activities of the force. The security situation in the country and the region was also among the topics addressed.
“At the end of the meeting, the generals also discussed the current cooperation between the KSF and KFOR and agreed on the need to further expand this cooperation, which would serve the security and peace of the country and the region,” the KSF’s statement reads.
