Albania national team footballer Jasir Asani is close to a new transfer during the summer transfer window.

Japanese media report that the Albanian star has reached a personal agreement with the Japanese club Yokohama F. Marinos, which competes in Japan’s top football league.

Asani, 30, is currently part of the Korean team Gwangju, with a contract until December 31, 2025. However, talks to extend the agreement have stalled, and the player is seeking a new adventure.

According to the well-known site “Transfermarkt,” his market value is 1.2 million euros.

His transfer to Japan is expected to be finalized soon, ending his chapter in South Korea and starting a new challenge in the J-League.
