Judge Resigns from The Hague Tribunal

Judge Kenet Roberts has withdrawn from the roster of international judges at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) in The Hague.

According to the KSC’s official statement, Roberts informed President Ekaterina Trendafilova on May 2, 2025, that his resignation was due to time constraints and other priorities.

In response, President Trendafilova expressed gratitude for Judge Roberts’ contributions, particularly highlighting his role in drafting and developing the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the KSC.

“We will greatly miss him as a knowledgeable and experienced colleague,” she stated.
