Skënderbeu Square in Prishtina is set to host the “Justice, Not Politics” march today, organized by the platform “Liria ka Emër” (Freedom Has a Name).
According to the organizers, massive participation is expected, potentially exceeding 200,000 citizens from all Albanian-inhabited regions.
The event aims to express opposition to the ongoing judicial proceedings against former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and is planned as a peaceful and inclusive gathering, calling for impartial justice.
The program will include musical performances and addresses by representatives of various sectors of society, including trade unions, artists, teachers, doctors, and representatives of religious communities.
To ensure the smooth running of the event, police units, firefighters, and emergency structures have been engaged. Organized bus transportation from all municipalities is expected to facilitate citizens’ arrival in the capital.
