Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) Deputy Time Kadrijaj stated that the Constitutional Court ruled in favor of AAK’s case, and she hopes the Vetëvendosje Movement (VV) will not continue with a secret commission vote and a violation of the Constitution.
“The Constitutional Court sided with AAK’s case. I hope that VV will not continue with violations of the Constitution,” Kadrijaj said.
She emphasized, “The open vote must return, and it is VV’s right to nominate whomever they wish. It is up to them to find 61 votes,” referring to the necessary majority for electing the Assembly Speaker.
