Serbia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Marko Gjuriq, greeted the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, with flowers in hand upon her arrival at “Nikola Tesla” Airport in Belgrade — despite the rainy weather.

Also present at the welcome were the Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Ambassador Emanuele Giaufret, the EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, Peter Sorensen, and the Head of Serbia’s Mission to the EU, Danijel Apostollović, Tanjug reports.

Kallas will be in the Western Balkans from today until May 23 as part of her second visit to the region, during which she will also visit Kosovo and North Macedonia.
