Kaja Kallas to Visit Kosovo Tomorrow, Meetings with Party Leaders and Press Conference

EU High Representative Kaja Kallas will begin a regional visit today, marking her second visit to the Western Balkans. Tomorrow she will visit Kosovo, writes Reporteri.net.

According to an EU statement, Kallas will meet with political party representatives and civil society organizations in Kosovo.

She will hold a press conference at the House of Europe on May 22 at 15:45.

Additional visits during the regional tour:
Today, Kallas is in Serbia where she will meet President Aleksandar Vučić, Prime Minister Đuro Macut, Foreign Minister Marko Đurić, Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starović, Speaker of Parliament Ana Brnabić, and opposition parliamentary groups. She will also speak with students and civil society organizations. A press conference is scheduled for May 22 at 13:15, broadcast live on EBS.

In North Macedonia, Kallas will stay on Friday, meeting with Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski. A joint press conference is planned for May 23 at 12:10, also live on EBS.

She will open the first Security and Defense Dialogue between the EU and North Macedonia alongside Foreign and Trade Minister Timcho Mucunski, visit the Permanent Balkan Medical Task Force (BMTF SO) with Defense Minister Vlado Misajlovski, and engage with local youth, students, and young professionals.
