Shaip Kamberi, an Albanian deputy in the Serbian parliament, has strongly criticized the Serbian state’s stance on the Srebrenica genocide.
In a Facebook post, Kamberi stated that the denial of the Srebrenica genocide has, over the years, transformed into an official political culture in Serbia, KosovaPress reports.
“The denial of the genocide in Srebrenica and the denial of other war crimes committed in Kosovo, already documented by international courts, does not represent merely a narrative deviation, but constitutes an institutionalized mechanism of historical revisionism and a lack of state responsibility for its role in the crimes committed,” Kamberi wrote
