Karateka Lanika Rexhepi Wins Bronze Medal in Croatia

Kosovo has once again excelled on the international youth karate stage, with another outstanding achievement by one of its athletes. At the prestigious Youth League tournament held in Poreč, Croatia, Lanika Rexhepi earned the bronze medal in the cadet category, over 61 kilograms, following a remarkable performance that included five consecutive victories, reports RKS News.

This competition, organized under the patronage of the World Karate Federation (WKF), brought together hundreds of athletes from various countries, creating an exceptionally competitive environment. Rexhepi demonstrated resilience and skill in most of her matches, rightfully earning her place on the podium and confirming her potential as one of Kosovo’s top karate prospects.

In addition to her success, other Kosovo karatekas also made notable impressions:

Danina Rexhepi, competing in the U-14 over 52 kg category, recorded four victories and finished in fifth place.

Diellza Mahalla, in the U-21 category, secured seventh place after two wins in a strong competitive field.
