The Kosovo Electricity Distribution Company (KEDS) has announced that essential maintenance works will be carried out today to ensure the safety and stability of the power system. As a result, electricity supply will be temporarily interrupted in several areas.

Essential works for system safety

From TS 110/20 kV Prishtina 7, the following feeder will be interrupted:
- 20 kV Marigona Hill SH.P.K (code: 19000084)
- Time: 12:00 – 13:30
- Areas: Marigona Hill neighborhood
- Reason: Safety-related outage; adjustment of the circuit breaker spring

From TS 220/35/10(20) kV Podujeva:
- 10 kV Podujeva 1 (code: 14000001)
- Time: 08:30 – 11:30
- Areas: Skënderbeu Street, part of Brigadat Street, city water supply
- Reason: Work on XHE connectors

Several additional interruptions will occur due to works by third parties in areas including Badovci, Mazgit, Prishtina 7, and Prishtina 2, affecting neighborhoods such as Mramor, Slivovë, Shkabaj, parts of Obiliq, Lagjja e Spitalit, Muharrem Fejza Street, Agim Ramadani Street, and surrounding areas.

- Reasons: Replacement of poles, cable works, installation of connectors, and creation of safe working conditions without voltage
