KFOR Commander Oezkan Ulutash met with Greek General Alexandros Koufopoulos on Friday to discuss security developments in Kosovo and the wider region.
According to a statement from KFOR, Ulutash expressed gratitude for Greece’s continued support and contribution to the mission over the years.
“The meeting focused on the security situation in the region. Major General Ulutash reaffirmed KFOR’s commitment to maintaining a safe and stable environment for all people living in Kosovo, in an impartial and transparent manner. He also conveyed his sincere appreciation to General Koufopoulos for Greece’s long-standing and valuable contribution to the KFOR mission,” the statement read.
