The Commander of KFOR, Major General Enrico Barduani, visited Camp Bondsteel, where he met with personnel from the NATO mission’s Regional Command-East (RC-E).
Barduani was welcomed by RC-E Commander Jonathan Lloyd, who provided him with a detailed briefing on the command’s ongoing operations and daily activities as part of the KFOR mission.
Following the briefing, Major General Barduani attended a weapons and equipment exhibition organized by the Scottish Guards, deployed in Kosovo as part of NATO’s Reserve Force for training purposes. The exhibition showcased vehicles, systems, and capabilities available to the units on the ground.
At the end of his visit, Barduani commended all personnel for their professionalism, dedication, and competence, underscoring the importance of their contribution to KFOR’s mission of maintaining a safe and secure environment for all communities in Kosovo.
