The Multinational Specialized Unit of the KFOR mission has conducted live-fire exercises in Pristina. This is part of ongoing efforts to maintain a high level of readiness and operational capability.

Strengthening Coordination and Mandate Fulfillment

In a Facebook post, KFOR emphasized the importance of these drills in preparing troops to respond quickly and efficiently to any security challenge.

“Such exercises help maintain readiness and strengthen coordination among multinational forces, which is key to fulfilling KFOR’s mandate to contribute to a safe and secure environment and to ensure freedom of movement for all communities in Kosovo,” the announcement stated.
