The Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) Team and the Liaison Monitoring Team (LMT) of KFOR’s Eastern Regional Command, led by NATO, participated in an official ceremony to deliver new firefighting equipment to the Prishtina Municipal Fire Department.
This donation aims to enhance the capacity of firefighters to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, improving their safety during hazardous operations and protecting the residents of Kosovo.
“KFOR’s donation increases the ability of firefighters to respond rapidly and effectively to emergencies, enhancing firefighter safety during challenging operations and safeguarding people across Kosovo. In line with KFOR’s mandate, CIMIC activities aim to promote the well-being of all people in Kosovo by supporting local institutions,” the statement reads.
