On Saturday, KFOR soldiers conducted an exercise aimed at preventing potential illegal activities near the Administrative Boundary Line.
KFOR shared footage from this exercise on their official social media.
In their post on Facebook, KFOR reiterated that these efforts are part of their commitment to providing a safe environment for all citizens and communities in Kosovo.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate—based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 from 1999—to contribute to a secure environment for all citizens and communities living in Kosovo and to ensure freedom of movement at all times and in an impartial manner. KFOR serves as the third security responder, following the Kosovo Police and the EU Rule of Law Mission (EULEX), with which we work in close coordination,” the statement concluded.
