The commander of the NATO-led mission in Kosovo, KFOR, Major General Enrico Barduani, hosted a Turkish delegation for the upcoming KFOR XXX rotation at KFOR Headquarters in Camp “Film City” in Pristina.
New Commander Undergoes Key Leader Training
The delegation, led by Turkish Major General Özkan Ulutaş, who is designated as the next KFOR Commander, participated in the Key Leader Training (KLT) program. This program is designed to familiarize the new leadership with KFOR staff and operational procedures.
“This (KLT) training officially marks the beginning of the handover process between the current and new command, which will conclude with the Change of Authority ceremony this autumn,” according to a notice published on Facebook.
