The Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) War Veterans Organization commemorated the heroes who fell on June 6 during the war for liberation, according to Rks News.
“We bow with honor and pride before the immortal deeds of the best sons of this country. They fell so that we could rise.”
Among those remembered were: Shpend Malaj, Burim Mustafaj, Bejzat Krasniqi, Imer Krasniqi, Shaban Mazrekaj, Arsim Tahiri, Bajram Zekaj, Halim Qallapeku, Ramiz Bazaj, Sali Saramati, and Xhevdet Krasniqi. The organization emphasized that their acts of bravery will never be forgotten.
