Kosovo and Portugal have reached a cooperation agreement between the Kosovo Tourism Union and the Portugal Tourism Confederation, marking the first official agreement between the two countries in the field of tourism.
The agreement was signed by the Confederation’s President, Francisco Calheiros, and the President of the Kosovo Tourism Union, Baki Hoti.
Representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Lisbon, led by Ambassador Edona Maloku, also attended the signing ceremony.
The aim of this agreement is to establish a strategic partnership in the tourism sector between Portugal and Kosovo, with the goal of enhancing institutional cooperation, exchanging experiences, and jointly promoting the tourism potential of both countries.
This agreement is expected to pave the way for joint projects and strengthen economic relations in the field of tourism.
