The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kosovo and the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) of the United Kingdom today signed an agreement to continue the accreditation of the Family Medicine Specialist Program in Kosovo.
Dr. Arsim Berisha, Deputy Minister of Health, and Professor Kamila Hawthorne from the RCGP both underscored the importance of this collaboration for enhancing the quality of primary healthcare and internationalizing medical specializations within the country.
The Ministry of Health will finance the implementation of the agreement, aligning with budgetary plans and the transition of competencies from international support programs.
