The Basic Court in Pristina, Special Department, has issued central arrest warrants against six Serb individuals suspected of criminal offenses related to participation in a crowd committing a criminal offense, hooliganism, and in some cases, unauthorized possession of weapons.

This decision follows a request from the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo. Online newspaper Reporteri.net has obtained a copy of these warrants.

The suspects for whom warrants have been issued are:

  • Boris Kragović
  • Dragiša Ilić, also known as “Gica”
  • Filip Djoković
  • Lazar Radenković (“Proja”)
  • Lluka Maslaković (“Lukica”)
  • Vladimir Radivojević (“Mami”)

Failure to Appear and Ongoing Investigation

According to the court, the suspects were summoned multiple times by the Special Prosecution during February, March, and April 2025 to appear and provide their defense. However, none of them complied, ignoring the official summonses. The court has authorized the Kosovo Police, at the request of the Special Prosecution, to execute the warrants and arrest the suspects at any time, bringing them before the Special Prosecution in Pristina.

Furthermore, judicial authorities have noted that the suspects are not present at their registered addresses in Kosovo and are therefore unreachable by authorities. This has led to the activation of procedures for both domestic and international arrest warrants.

Based on the Criminal Procedure Code, specifically Article 535, paragraphs 1 and 2, the legal conditions for issuing these warrants have been met. The document orders the Kosovo Police, with authorization from the Special Prosecution, to arrest the suspects at any time and present them to the Special Prosecution in Pristina.
