The Assembly of Kosovo has approved a series of international agreements during today’s plenary session, with 81 votes in favor, and no votes against or abstentions.
Among the key agreements ratified are:
- The amendment to the financial agreement with the European Union under the IPA 2017 Program
- A loan agreement with the European Investment Bank for the solar photovoltaic energy project at Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) under the Global Gateway initiative
- A loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for improving energy efficiency in public buildings
- A supplementary loan agreement with the Saudi Fund for Development for the Prishtina–Mitrovica highway project
- A loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the wastewater treatment plant project in Podujeva
These agreements aim to strengthen Kosovo’s infrastructure, energy sector, and environmental projects, while deepening cooperation with international financial institutions and partners.
