The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo is expected to issue a ruling by March 31 regarding the requests submitted by Lëvizja Vetëvendosje: one concerning the presidential session and the other challenging President Vjosa Osmani’s decree dissolving the Kosovo Assembly.

This decision is anticipated to determine the future of Kosovo’s institutions, clarifying whether procedures for electing a new president will continue or if early elections will proceed, leaving Osmani’s decree in effect.

While the court deliberates on these high-profile matters, it has today published a series of rulings related to individual petitions. A total of eight judgments addressing various personal requests were released on the court’s decisions section.

These publications highlight ongoing judicial activity as Kosovo awaits the court’s determinations on the political disputes that could shape the country’s institutional framework.
