The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has not yet issued a decision regarding the Serbian List’s request on the election process of Deputy Chairpersons of the Assembly from non-majority communities.
Veton Dula, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court, confirmed that the request is under review.
“The Court is currently examining the Serbian List’s request. All interested parties and the public will be informed in due course about the Court’s decision,” Dula told RTV21.
The review is particularly relevant as the temporary measure issued by the Court, which prohibits any actions by MPs and procedures for forming a new government, expires on September 30, 2025.
