The Kosovo Customs has announced that during an inspection of a shipment imported via the Port of Durrës, officials discovered goods suspected of violating intellectual property rights.
The examination revealed a total of 7,500 items bearing markings of a well-known brand, suspected to be Apple products.
The seized items include:
- Phone chargers: 1,250 pieces
- Charger heads: 5,750 pieces
- Bluetooth headphones/earphones: 500 pieces
Authorities noted that the shipment contained two packages where the external packaging did not display any brand markings. Upon opening, however, the packaging revealed counterfeit brand logos.
