The Kosovo Customs has announced the discovery of undeclared and incorrectly declared goods during a control at Prishitina International Airport, with a total customs value of €3,289.
In its official statement, Customs confirmed:
“During customs control procedures at the Airport Customs Office, officers uncovered goods that were either not declared or inaccurately declared on an import declaration.”
Following a detailed physical inspection, officials found that, in addition to the declared goods, there were four extra vehicle instruments concealed, as well as other items that were misdeclared with false descriptions.
Kosovo Customs clarified that the assessed customs value reached €3,289, resulting in a tax evasion attempt worth €980.12.
The case has been processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
Kosovo Customs reiterated its commitment to combating fiscal evasion and protecting the domestic market.
