All consular services now available only by prior online appointment via e-Kosova platform
The Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Austria has announced that all consular services—such as passport applications, ID cards, certificates, and more—will now be provided only by prior appointment.
Appointments must be scheduled through the official online platform e-Kosova.
The embassy also provided step-by-step instructions for booking an appointment:
- Visit the e-Kosova platform
- Select: Consular Services
- Click on: Appointments for Diplomatic and Consular Missions of the Republic of Kosovo
- Choose: Embassy – Austria, Vienna
- Select the relevant service and continue with the application
Citizens are required to appear at the Consular Service of the Kosovo Embassy in Austria at the scheduled time for their appointment.
