The Government of Kosovo has approved the establishment of a State Council to commemorate the 28th anniversary of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) struggle, during its meeting on Thursday.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti announced the decision, stating, “It is my pleasure to inform you that if there are no objections, I invite you to approve. No votes against, no abstentions – it is adopted.”
The council will oversee and coordinate official events and commemorations honoring the KLA’s historical contributions to Kosovo’s fight for independence.
