Several significant events are taking place across Kosovo today, ranging from judicial proceedings and agricultural initiatives to sports and infrastructure developments.
This morning at the Palace of Justice, the trial continues in the case of the tear gas incident inside the Assembly of Kosovo. Former deputies Albulena Haxhiu, Donika Kadaj, and Pal Lekaj stand accused in connection with the disruption that occurred during their mandates. Proceedings began at 09:30.
At the same time in Prizren, the National Association of Small Fruits “Mjedra e Kosovës” is promoting the cultivation of aronia, a berry plant with growing potential in the agricultural sector. The promotional event is being held at the orchards “ArtiFruit” and “Aronica Prizren.”
In the capital, the Handball Federation of Kosovo is holding a press conference at Hotel Prishtina, scheduled for 12:00, where federation representatives are expected to address current developments in the sport.
Later in the day, at 13:00, the Chamber of Physiotherapists of Kosovo will hold a press conference at its offices in the Clinic of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at QKUK. The conference concerns a lawsuit filed against the Kosovo Accreditation Agency.
Closing today’s agenda, the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports will mark the start of construction works for the Suhareka City Stadium. The ceremony, beginning at 14:00 in the city’s Industrial Zone, will bring together ministry officials, representatives of the Football Federation of Kosovo, municipal leaders, athletes, and sports supporters.
