The Acting Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo, Xhelal Sveçla, represented the country during the session, reaffirming Kosovo’s active role in promoting stability and security in the region.
Strengthening Regional Cooperation
Under the leadership of UK Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood, the meeting featured three working sessions, during which Kosovo presented its latest initiatives in regional security collaboration.

Sveçla also underscored Kosovo’s consistent progress in enhancing security, combating organized crime, and preventing cross-border criminal activities. He emphasized that Kosovo’s law enforcement institutions are working closely with regional and international partners to build a safer and more stable environment across the Balkans.
