The Kosovo national football team will face Lithuania tonight at the “Fadil Vokrri” stadium in their final match of this Nations League campaign.

The Dardanians come into this match following the abandoned game in Bucharest against Romania, which was interrupted due to racist chants against Kosovo, including “Serbia, Serbia” and “Kosovo is Serbia.” UEFA has yet to make a decision on that match.

The Kosovo team held their final training session last night before the Lithuania match, and the players are highly motivated to secure all three points in front of their fans.

The atmosphere among the players is extremely positive, with a strong desire to finish the year with a win.

In this match, head coach Franco Foda will be without two important defenders: captain Amir Rrahmani and Lumbardh Dellova, both suspended due to yellow cards.

However, Coach Foda assured in the press conference that the team has enough options to fill the gaps and successfully face Lithuania.

“The team showed great play in Romania, and we are fully regenerated. Despite the incident, we have maintained our confidence and are ready for the game against Lithuania. We have alternatives in the defense, such as Aliti, Hoti, and Krasniqi, who are ready to give their best,” said Foda.

The match between Kosovo and Lithuania kicks off at 20:45.
