A Serbian man was arrested by the Kosovo Police in Leposaviq for allegedly inciting hatred.
According to police reports, during a patrol on August 31, 2025, the suspect was found distributing posters in the Serbian language containing content believed to constitute the criminal offense of “incitement to hatred and intolerance.”
Following an interview, the suspect was released by order of the prosecutor, while the case continues to be processed under regular legal procedures.
