Kosovo Police have detained a man in the village of Qirkovic, in the municipality of Leposaviq, on suspicion of illegally entering Kosovo from Serbia.
According to the police’s 24-hour report, the incident was recorded on October 20, 2026, at approximately 11:05 a.m.
The suspect, identified as a male Kosovo citizen, was taken to a police station and interviewed in the presence of a lawyer and a social worker.
Following consultations with the prosecutor, he was released to proceed through regular legal procedures, the police said.
